THE VOWRÉ BRIDAL EXPERIENCE

This is where your Vowré story begins. The Vowré Bridal Experience is a private, stylist guided appointment created for the bride who wants more than simply trying on wedding dresses. Before your appointment, we begin learning about you: your wedding, your style, your inspiration, your desired gown investment, and most importantly, how you want to feel when you walk down the aisle. When you arrive, your dedicated Vowré stylist will take the time to understand your vision before thoughtfully selecting gowns from our designer and Private Label collections.
Your experience includes:
- A 90 minute dedicated bridal appointment
- A personal Vowré bridal stylist
- A pre appointment bridal profile
- Thoughtfully selected gowns based on your style, wedding, body, and preferences
- Professional bridal styling and gown guidance
- Veil and accessory styling when appropriate
- A private fitting environment
- Space for up to four carefully chosen guests
The $50 appointment fee reserves your dedicated time with a Vowré stylist and allows us to prepare a personalized experience especially for you. When you purchase your bridal gown during your appointment, your $50 appointment fee will be credited toward the purchase of your gown.

THE SECOND LOOK

Sometimes you leave the atelier and realize one gown never really left your mind.
The Second Look is designed for brides who have completed their initial Vowré Bridal Experience and would like to return to revisit their favorite gown or a small selection of finalists before making their decision.
This is not another full bridal appointment. It is an intentional opportunity to reconnect with the gowns that stood out during your first visit and confidently make your final decision.
We recommend bringing only the people whose opinions are truly important to you.

The Finishing Touch is a dedicated accessory appointment designed to explore veils and finishing pieces that complement your gown without competing with it.
This is the moment where the dress becomes the complete bridal look.

The Arrival is the moment you return to Vowré and see your wedding gown after it has arrived from the designer.
You will try on your gown, confirm the details of your order, and receive guidance regarding alterations, gown care, storage, and the next steps leading to your wedding day.
Because seeing your actual wedding gown for the first time deserves its own moment.
Your Vowré experience
WHAT TO EXPECT
Before your appointment, you'll complete a brief bridal profile sharing your wedding, personal style, gown inspiration, investment, and how you hope to feel on your wedding day.
When you arrive, your stylist will welcome you and your guests and take a few moments to get to know you. We don't begin with “What dress do you want?”
We begin with you.
We'll talk about your vision, what makes you feel beautiful, styles you're curious about, and anything you absolutely don't want. From there, your stylist will thoughtfully select gowns from the Vowré collection based on what you've shared and what we believe will complement you beautifully.
As you try each gown, we'll pay close attention to your reactions—discovering what you love, what you don't, and what begins to feel unmistakably like you.
When we get close, we'll revisit favorites and add veils or accessories to complete the vision.
And when you find the gown that changes the way you see yourself, we don't rush past it.
We celebrate.
That is your Vowré Becoming Moment.
Before you leave, your stylist will walk you through the gown details, sizing, ordering timeline, payment, and next steps—so you leave feeling confident and cared for every step of the way.
How many guests may I bring?
We welcome the bride plus up to four guests for the Vowré Bridal Experience.
Choosing your gown can become surprisingly emotional, and too many opinions can sometimes make it harder to hear your own.
We encourage brides to invite the people who know them best, support their vision, and understand that ultimately the most important voice in the room belongs to the bride.
Are children allowed?
Because of the delicate nature of our gowns and the intimate atmosphere of our appointments, we recommend that children remain at home whenever possible.
If a child is an important part of your bridal experience, please contact the atelier before your appointment so we can discuss accommodations.
Can we bring food and drinks?
To protect our gowns and maintain the beauty of the atelier, outside food is not permitted in our bridal areas.
Covered water is welcome.
Any celebratory beverages or refreshments provided as part of a Vowré experience must remain in designated areas away from the gowns.
Are appointments private?
Vowré appointments are designed to feel intimate and personal.
Each bride is provided a dedicated fitting and styling environment during her appointment so she can be fully present in the experience.
We understand that plans change.
Because your stylist prepares specifically for your appointment and your appointment time is removed from availability for other brides, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with the required notice may be moved to another available appointment time.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will forfeit the $50 appointment fee.
A new $50 appointment fee will be required to reserve another Vowré Bridal Experience.
What happens if I am late?
We encourage brides to arrive approximately 5 to 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you, but another Vowré bride may be scheduled immediately afterward.
If you arrive late, we will do everything possible to preserve your experience. However, your appointment may need to be shortened so we can honor the next bride's reserved time.
Brides arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a new appointment fee may apply.
What is required to order my gown?
All bridal gown orders require a signed purchase agreement and deposit.
A 60% non refundable deposit is required when ordering your gown.
The remaining balance is due when your gown arrives at Vowré.
Special orders are placed specifically for the bride according to the designer, style, size, color, and options approved at the time of purchase.
Because each special order is placed specifically for you, all gown sales, special orders, deposits, accessories, and merchandise are final sale and non refundable.
Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or exchanged once submitted to the designer.
How is my gown size determined?
Bridal sizing often differs from everyday clothing sizing.
Your Vowré stylist will take your measurements and explain the designer's size chart.
We will make a professional sizing recommendation based on your measurements and the designer's specifications. The bride will approve the final size ordered.
Unless specifically designated as a custom gown, designer gowns are ordered according to standard designer size charts and are not made to a bride's exact measurements.
Alterations should be expected with nearly every bridal gown to achieve the desired fit.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are separate from the purchase price of the gown unless otherwise stated.
Vowré can provide trusted alteration recommendations to help our brides achieve the final fit and finish their gown deserves.
What happens when my gown arrives?
This is the call you've been waiting for.
When your gown arrives at Vowré, we'll contact you to schedule The Arrival appointment.
During this appointment, you'll see and try on your gown and we'll review your next steps for alterations and wedding day preparation.
The remaining gown balance must be paid before the gown leaves the atelier.
Gowns should be picked up within the timeframe provided by Vowré. Extended storage may be subject to a storage fee.
Do you offer customizations?
Yes, when available through the designer.
Select designer gowns may offer customization options depending on the designer and gown.
Available modifications may include changes to lining, sleeves, straps, necklines, train details, fabrication, or other design elements. Customization availability and pricing vary by designer. Once you've found your gown, your Vowré stylist will discuss any customization possibilities available for that particular style.
Do you offer special ordering?
Yes.
Most Vowré brides purchase their gown through a special order. Once you have selected your gown, your stylist will take your measurements, review the designer's size chart, discuss sizing, color and available options, and place your order according to the specifications approved by you. Bridal gowns are ordered according to designer sizing and are not custom made to an individual's exact measurements unless specifically stated. Because bridal sizing and production timelines differ from traditional clothing, we recommend beginning your gown search well in advance of your wedding date.
Do you offer rush ordering?
Rush and expedited ordering may be available for select gowns and designers. Availability depends on the designer, gown, production schedule, requested size and color, and wedding date. Rush fees may apply. For brides working with a shorter timeline, we may also explore available quick ship gowns, in stock options, and select Vowré samples.
